Importance of the Forum:
Is a "round-table forum" as a professional specialized in the basis for the senior leadership in the service of a State (Minister - Minister of State - Deputy Minister - Minister of mine - the first agent - Deputy - Director General). The aim of this forum to raise issues with management experts from within and outside the Arab world and international organizations with expertise and efficiency in order to discuss those issues and the solutions derived from their operation.
The forum will be held for three days has been selected the city of Istanbul - Turkey to hold such a forum during the period July 20-22 (July) 2009

The objectives of the Forum:
- Knowledge of the new roles of the civil service.
- Define the role of administrative reform in the fight against delinquency management.
- Knowledge of the importance of investment in the human race.
- Civil Service definition of the problems of organizational and behavioral, and others.
- Bagmanip definition: the integrity, transparency and accountability.
